Everything You Need to Know to Get Started
If you’re new to Crossman Pilates, new to a semi-private group setting, or haven’t been to the studio in a while, this is for YOU!
What to expect:
In this class, our instructors will ensure that you learn the classical sequence of exercises while strengthening your whole body. You will learn how to change your springs, set-up your equipment, learn transitions between exercises, and the proper technique for each exercise.
Disclaimer: To keep the group Pilates classes at our studio safe and maintain semi-flow, all group participants must be injury-free, have a good understanding of equipment safety, and do not require hands-on assistance for stability in getting up and down from the floor or onto and off the apparatus.
